RETURN & SHIPPING
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Free return shipping is offered to customers located in Canada. To return one or more items from an order:
The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Self-care products (fragrances, face, body, hair): must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unaltered, and sealed.
Damaged/defective items: if you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team so that they can help resolve the issue.
SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Both regular and sale priced items may be refunded.
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be E-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Free return shipping is offered to customers located in Canada. If you live outside these countries, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All orders outside Canada are subject to a $3 to $5 handling fee to support our sustainability program. $5 Rest of the world.
We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.
Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders.
SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being shipped to. Since SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. is a Canadian-based company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery as the shipment is not traversing any borders.
We ship to over 40 countries with duties and taxes included. If applicable, duties and taxes will be included in the final price at check out and your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees.
If duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that this sale occurs outside the United States, and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements.
To simplify this process, your order indicates your agreement to authorize Sundays Online LTD. to appoint a designated carrier/customs broker, where applicable, as your unpaid agent for customs purposes by executing a power of attorney applicable to a single noncommercial shipment. Your order serves as an electronic signature indicating your agreement to the following, as required by US Customs and Border Protection:
“The designated carrier/customs broker is hereby authorized to execute, as an unpaid agent who has knowledge of the facts, pursuant to the provisions of section 485(f), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the consignee’s and owner’s declarations provided for in section 485 (a) and (d), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and to enter on my behalf or for my account the goods described in the attached invoice which contains a true and complete statement of the facts concerning the shipment.”
Your authorization permits the carrier/customs broker to file the customs entry on your behalf for any order that is over $2500, or otherwise requires formal entry.

PRICING PROTECTION POLICY & PROMOTIONS
Price Adjustment Policy
As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:
An item purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 14 days of having placed the order.
The item in question is still available on the SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. website in the same style and size purchased.
Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.
If these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment.
Price Match Policy
If an item is sold by another online retailer at a lower price, SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:
The online retailer must be an authorized retailer
The same style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made
The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price
The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes and duty fees, must be lower than the final SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. checkout price
The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed on the SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. website
If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a price match. Please contact us and we will be happy to review your request.
Promotions and Codes
SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers.
When attempting to apply these codes, please note that some conditions apply:
Items previously discounted (i.e sale items) may not be eligible for further discount
Codes are redeemable online
For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items
Discounted items returned to SUNDAYS RETAIL INC. will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the item(s)
If a code is invalid or expired, a replacement will not be issued
Only one code may be applied per order
